“The Last Time”- Taylor Swift & Gary Lightbody

I love Snow Patrol.

They are probably my number one favorite band. This redeems Taylor Swift in my opinion because I truly don’t love her. But I love this song.

Holy cow. I am a little sore right now. But I am through the slump!

How did I manage to get out of the hole this time? Believe it or not it was a friend called Percy Jackson.

I decided to disappear into someone else’s world because my brain wasn’t functioning in this one and so I quickly crushed two of Rick Riordan’s “Heroes of Olympus” series. (Thank you Abby for lending me these!)

“The Son of Neptune”

“The Mark of Athena”

And I started to feel normal.

Then I ran 3 miles in 26 minutes and I felt like Secretariat because I hadn’t done anything in a few days. Nonstop. A little out of breath but it was freaking cold outside.

And today I used the Nike Training app and did a 45 minute weight workout. I was REALLY impressed with the app. I love Personal Training and I DEFINITELY cannot afford it right now, but this is literally a personal training like experience. I recommend it for people who truly KNOW form, because if you don’t you could seriously hurt yourself.

But I feel RENEWED.

I’m BAAAACCK!

I just want to say thank you to the people who reached out and checked on me these past few days. I know being depressed can be a major DOWNER. Badum-Chh! I kid… I know it can suck to hear about and people don’t like to talk about it, but I appreciate the kind words, the good advice, and the listening ear of my blog readers 🙂

Now I am off to finish some homework before I head out to Cardio Kickboxing tonight. Can’t wait!
